Brian Brick

Attorney Brian Brick is a trusted counselor and advocate for clients in a wide range of businesses and industries. His clients include for-profit and not-for-profit companies, private and institutional investors, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals involved in commercial and business affairs.

Mr. Brick was an accomplished part of the commercial litigation practices of two large international law firms in New York for over ten years.  He then practiced law at a smaller business litigation boutique and was the Practice Chair of the commercial and business litigation group at a well-known plaintiff-focused firm for almost five years (also serving as the firm’s General Counsel).

Mr. Brick also regularly serves as a trial judge in the state-wide annual mock trial competition sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, where he takes pride in mentoring high school students about trial and litigation techniques.

Mr. Brick is of counsel to the firm.
